Annual General Meeting

Please come and join us for our AGM, this year being held at

 

Edgworth Methodist Church, Bolton Road, Edgworth

The agenda is as follows:

1. Welcome

2. Apologies

3. Minutes of 2010 annual general meeting

4. Matters arising from the minutes

5. Approval of the minutes

6. Reports: Chairman

Treasurer

Blackburn with Darwen Officer

7. Matters arising from the reports

8. Proposal to amend the objectives of the constitution (see attachment)

9. Election of officers and committee

10. Invitation to become a volunteer for the Tower

11. Close of meeting

After the meeting refreshments will be served.

There is a vacancy for a secretary to the Friends’ committee

We also invite nominations for new committee members.

The nominee must have a proposer and a seconder who are Friends and must sign the form to agree to the proposal.  The form must be returned to Turton Tower to arrive 7 days before the date of the AGM.
